Academically, the RMS Sixth Form in Herts is attractive because it offers great choice, small group teaching, personal tutoring and excellent results that pave the way for future success. Almost all our girls go on to university, 90% to their institution of first choice.
Above all, we want our Sixth Formers to fulfil their dreams, succeed and be happy We believe that this is most likely within a traditional Sixth Form with high expectations regarding appearance, attendance and punctuality, combined with a more informal, seminar - style approach to teaching that prepares the students so effectively for university. We know that RMS girls go on to be successful undergraduates because they have been so well trained at school.
"
The Royal Masonic School really does live up to its prospectus and its promises. My husband and I acknowledge that credit is due to our daughter for her academic achievements, but equally, it is our considered opinion that her successful bid to study Law at Oxford University was facilitated by the ethos of the School and the dedication of its Staff".

"Karen and I were delighted to have been able to attend the Leavers’ Supper. Like all parents in attendance we were very proud to see Emma enjoying herself with her friends and teachers. It is occasions such as the Leavers’ Supper where it is obvious that there is something quite unique about RMS, the friendships that are formed and relationships between the staff and the pupils is quite special".
Parents of a former pupil
