Remember your careers advice when you were at school? You were either a nurse, a teacher or a secretary! The reality is very different. We have been creating a database on the ‘mother-ship’ to show the enormous range of talents and achievements of Royal Masonic Girls, from the earliest in 1788 up to the present day.
If you would care to give a short resumé, we would love to receive it. The information would be placed in the School Archives for internal consumption only. We work within the Data Protection Act, so any information you share with us is strictly confidential and nothing would ever be circulated without full permission.
The sort of information we have in mind is:
-
School info such as the year you left and House name, and so on
-
Did you undertake further education (diploma/degree/HND etc)?
-
What career path did you follow?
-
(If you wish to give the information) your married name.
-
The area where you live (just a county name if you wish)
-
If there is a success you would like to share with us (e.g. writing a book, climbing Mount Everest …) we’d love to hear about it
Please feel free to ignore any, or all, of this request if you regard it as an invasion of your privacy.
