Second hand uniform sales are held each term in either the New Mark Hall or the Prep Department Activities Room. 30% of the proceeds from anything sold go to FORMS. If items are unsold you have the option of either collecting them afterwards or donating them to FORMS for the next sale. (Please click on the link at the bottom of the page to download the sale form)

If you have items to sell, please could you bring them to the New Mark Hall between 8am and 9.30am on the Thursday morning before the sale (the sales will still take place on Fridays). Clothes should be clean and in good condition and on the current school uniform list.

To ensure that we can account properly for all clothes left with us, please could you label each item (from experience, a piece of card or thick paper attached with a safety pin is the most secure). Please could you put the following information on the label:

· Girl’s name and, for seniors, their house or, for Prep girls, their form.

· Type of garment

· Size

· Selling price

· Whether you would like to collect or donate the item if it doesn’t sell.

When you bring your clothes to the sale, please could you also bring a stamped addressed envelope (addressed to the person to whom you would like the cheque for the sale proceeds to be payable and to where you would like the cheque posted) and a completed sale form (see below) which will be used as your receipt afterwards.

Please do bring along any items in good condition that your daughters may no longer need – this is a great opportunity to free up some cupboard space, raise some cash for yourself and help the school.

FORMS

The small print…….

· While every effort is made to keep labels on the clothes FORMS are not able to accept responsibility for any mislaid items.

· Clothes which are labelled for collection but are not collected by 4.30pm will be sold in the next sale with all proceeds going to FORMS. If you think it may be difficult to collect then please do speak to the organiser to make alternative arrangements.

· We are not allowed to sell uniform that is in poor condition and therefore reserve the right to withhold from sale any items that we consider to be substandard.
